在安装 Symantec IM Manager 的过程中，在选择完 License file 後，出现下述 Unhandled Excpetion 错误

Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: Dll function call crashed: SetupDll.ValidateLicensFileInst

Setup will now terminate.



出现上述的错误，有可能是因为你的 License file 所放置的目录名称含有中文，例如：你若将 License file 放在电脑桌面上，其目录可能为 "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\桌面"，这个问题应该是 IM Manager 安装程式的多语言版不完善所导致。

解决方法：将你的 License file 放到 C:\ 根目录下，再重新安装并指定位於 C:\ 目录下的 License file 即可。
